Andrew Bougourd CTA, ACCA
Andy is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a qualified accountant.
He is also studying towards a law degree. He is the tax technical advisor
at Foxleigh Knight and has significant experience in offshore trust
and company structures and UK and Jersey tax.
David Knight ACA
David has run the business for many years and has a lot of experience
preparing accounts for local businesses and performing tax compliance for
local businesses and individuals. He also has significant experience of
business start-ups, purchases and disposals.
Luke Smith ACA
Until recently Luke was Finance Director in the trust division of
a private bank. He was responsible for company and client accounting.
Luke qualified with KPMG where he was in-charge on audits of large
trust companies, many types of funds, fund administrators and other offshore vehicles.

detailed and technical service we can.
Whilst we are proactive and strive to generate efficiencies for you we know
we must always focus on the type of service you want. For some this will be simple
cost effective accounts production and the related tax compliance, for others it
will mean in-depth reviews, project management and implementation and on-going
control of systems.
